When each client advertises a property for rental with us, they are given the option to let us know how they heard about us.

All the new client has to do is enter your Name and preferably some other form of ID, for example your email address (to help distinguish 2 people with the same name).  Once the new client has paid and been approved for a 12 month listing of their property you will be credited with 3 months towards a listing of your choice.

The new client will also receive our 3 Months FREE advertising in effect giving 15 months advertising for the price of 12.

We will contact you via email to ask you which listing (if you have more than one) to apply the extension to. 

each 3 month extension must be used on a single property and may not be shared across multiple properties.
