Company Information

CIPS Ltd (also known as cipsgroup.co.uk on the Internet) is a private limited company run by partners and long time UK & Canary Island residents: 

Neil Jones and Terry Hanley.  

Neil and Terry are directors of the company and offer a wealth of expertise in UK and foreign property and marketing areas.

Neil Jones: Managing Director

Neil has over 20 years experience in the marketing and publishing sectors with over 10 years at senior level, bringing to the company an unsurpassed knowledge in his field. Having spent several years managing his own publishing entity, since 2004 Neil has been building an exclusive client database of publishers, agents and partners in both the UK and the Canary Islands to help propel the business forward.
Neil is so passionate about island life his wish is to move permanently to his favourite island of Lanzarote with his wife and twin daughters.

Terry Hanley: Managing Director

Terry has brought to the company a vast amount of expertise is several fields. After leaving school Terry attended the UK's leading building college attaining at the time an award for the highest mark achieved in the country for Construction and the Built Environment. After college Terry gained a BA (Hons) degree in architecture before moving into the fields of property and advertising in both the UK and foreign property sectors. Having successfully set up several companies for others, Terry has now joined the CIPS Group as a partner.

Mark Sotherby: IT Manager
Simon London: Technician
Liang Zhou: Technician

Mark is our technical expert and a Bachelor of Science in I.T. He and his team Simon London and Liang Zhou take care of the day-to-day running of the CIPS Group of web sites, using their technical expertise to ensure a problem free environment for our clients. With over 21 years of IT skills between them and all being (MCSE) certified.

Alan Davies: (UK) Sales Manager

Paul Jackson: (C.I.) Sales Manager

Both Alan and Paul have over 10 years experience in business management, sales and advertising.

Company Secretary: Mary McLoughlin

Mary has extensive expertise working as a PA to senior directors and CEO's at some of the UK's leading Investment Management and Marketing companies. Mary having now left the large corporate world to join the friendly family atmosphere of the CIPS Group (CIPS Ltd).
