Free Trial

Canary Islands Rental Property Services offers a 3 Months free trial to all our new rental property clients. Use of all the features are included.

Single or multiple, rental property owners or agents, may list their property for a period of 3 month totally free without any obligations whatsoever. After this time you may choose to extend your listing for a period of 1, 3, 6, or 12 months to continue using our service.

Owners or agents listing multiple rental properties on our 3 month free trial basis may choose to extend any amount of properties for a periods of 1, 3, 6 or 12 months.

After a 3 month free trial period has expired, your listing(s) will remain on our system (disabled) for a further period of 9 months and will not be visible to viewers on any CIPS Ltd web sites. You may at any time during this 9 month period renew your listing(s). To prevent abuse of the 3 month free trial period, only 1 free trial, per account, will be allowed.

Account Types

Canary Islands Rental Property Service offers 4 types of accounts:

• Single (used for listing only 1 rental property).
• Multiple (used for listing 2 to 10 rental properties).
• Agent (used to list 10 properties or more).
• Long-Term (used to list single properties for a period of 1 month or longer at a time).
• Seller (used to list property and businesses for sale).

Incentives

Canary Islands Rental Property Service offers a 3 month extension to the listing of a single property to any account holders who promotes our service to a new client. That's 12 months free advertising for every 4 new clients introduced to us. Details here!

Each new client referred will also be entitled to our 3 months Free advertising if choosing a 12 month contract, in essence giving 15 months for the price of 12.

In the unlikely event you do not receive a booking enquiry in your first 12 months we will credit you with a further 12 months for free. Details here!

For less than £1.54 a week (single property) and from 0.50p a week (multiple properties).

Basic Rental Listing Fees (after 3 months free trial).

• Single property: 1 month/£15. -  3 months/£30. -  6 months/£50. - 12 months/£80.
• Multiple: (2 - 10 properties)  1st/£80. -  2nd/£40. -  3rd and subsequent properties/£20 (up to a maximum of 10).
• Agent (10 + properties)  Please contact us for details and special rates.

Upgrades/Promotions

In addition to a basic listings, account holder may upgrade/self promote individual rental properties by making it "Featured" or "Special Offer".

Seller account

Free trial & Incentives do not apply to Seller accounts. Basic single property, rental listing fees also apply. Details here!
